Grinding coffee is always a nice experience, due to the scents it produces. However, after setting up the HG one and grinding the first beans, my wife and myself were very much surprised by the beautiful aroma that filled the air immediately. This together with its ease of use and the beautiful design contribute to the best possible start into the day. The change it produces in the cup, has been described much better already in the various comments you received on your webpage. I can only agree to the said! I am very happy and a bit proud to be among the very few owners of an HG one in the world, and I look forward to serve and drink many many espressi ‘fatto a la HG one’.
