Just got my HG One a few days ago. It was very easy to assemble and dial in. Compared to my Mazzer Major, this gives a smoother tasting espresso when extraction times are the same for the same dose. I need about 25 revolutions for 17 grams of beans. I understand this will change as the burrs are seasoned.
I can’t be happier with this purchase for my 3-4 singles shots per day.
