Salt Boat–our elegantly designed Salt Storage Container for the Kitchen Counter. The Salt Boat is our version off the venerable Salt Pig.
The Salt Boat is made from a 100mm (3.9″) block of solid aircraft grade aluminum and weighs in at a substantial 1kg (2.2lbs). It’s CNC machined and then anodized for a hard wearing surface finish. The CNC machined hemisphere fits over 1 cup of kosher salt, which for most home chefs, should last quite a while before refilling.
